Growing our team
People have always been at the core of what we do. To support our increasing number of client engagements and help more organizations drive value from their data, we doubled our crew of Clymers and now have nearly 50 employees across our delivery, operations, sales, and marketing teams. And we continue to seek out the best talent and add new cloud data engineers, solution architects, and other data experts to serve our growing roster of customers.
Helping more organizations unlock the power of data
We continued to deepen our expertise across financial services, healthcare, ecommerce and retail, sports, and other industries as we welcomed new customers like the Big Ten Conference, ACLU, Harvard Business Publishing, NY Jets, NFL, RISE Partnership, Crisis Text Hotline, Vida Health, and more, hitting 118,000 consulting hours to date! We look forward to continuing to deliver trusted data solutions and helping more organizations unlock the value of their data.

Strengthening partnerships
We continued to maintain strong relationships with our partners and developed new partnerships with Atlan and Flywheel Software. We also grew our attendance at major industry events including the Snowflake Summit, Coalesce, and MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. Additionally, we planned and held multiple field events that helped to drive joint opportunities with several of our valued partners including Sigma Computing, Matillion, Snowflake, and Fivetran.
Sharing insights and ideas

Building a culture of collaboration
As a services organization, our team of Clymers is our most important asset. This year, we piloted our employee engagement program, which included a series of in-person get togethers around the country, as well as our first organization-wide Data Clymer Annual Summit in Miami. Our team culture is based on collaboration, and getting together in-person is a valuable way to share knowledge, build trust, foster communication, and improve outcomes for our clients.
We’re also proud to announce the start of “Data Clymer for Good,” our newest charitable initiative where we choose a new organization to support each quarter. The first nonprofit we have chosen as we wrap up 2022 is Marine Toys for Tots.
