Sales Development Representative

Data Clymer is a fast-growing premier cloud data warehousing systems integrator. We are a remote-first organization with employees coast-to-coast and we have implemented over 150 data improvement projects; primarily with high-tech, e-commerce, and major league sports organizations.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key position at Data Clymer to help us with our mission: Enable every organization to build a culture around data. This exciting role allows you to grow your network, hone your selling skills and find sales opportunities for a fast growing company.

The Sales Development Representative is motivated to grow in their career and has a passion for meeting new people, promoting their expertise and finding creative ways to bring data solutions to potential customers. Several key components of the role include: taking ownership of the SDR program, having strong self management skills, and having a track record of delivering on commitments. An additional aspect is being a team player who cares about their fellow team members succeeding as much as their own success.

What you do for Sales:

  • Build strategies to bring in qualified leads
  • Source, engage, and qualify new customer leads through multiple channels
  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new sales opportunities
  • Conduct introduction calls with prospects to educate and qualify
  • Manage sales processes and implement efficiencies as needed
  • Build and report on sales funnel to management team
  • Network with partner SDR’s, build relationships to discover leads
  • Manage and improve our CRM processes and quality of data
  • Effectively transfer sales opportunities to the AE
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns
